We believe that smart design comes about as a result of limitations. These limitations are often defined by siting, program, spatial requirements and often - budget.

Grenville has expanded its tendering engine to simultaneously model project budget and embodied C02. The client and Architect can now weigh up material and structural selection decisions with an informed understanding of the cost and environmental consequences of such decisions.

We believe this additional layer of information is critical in making appropriate design decisions for smart environmental solutions.
